Stuff’d is a Homestyle concept that is an homage to Chef’s childhood and the feeling of coming home for the holidays or Sunday Supper. Focusing on modern takes on Comfort classics, Stuff’d will transport you back to a time and place where enjoyment was essential and happiness came easy.
Frank has had a range of experience in the hospitality industry working with some of the best catering companies in the city. His passion for the restaurant business and his inspired concept led him to the decision to embark on his first brick and mortar project. His goal with Stuff’d: to take those simple yet delicious family recipes and add just a little something extra.
Frank came to us for early stage business planning and concept development. In his plan, we developed his brand story and created the identity for his concept. We developed an aesthetic guide, color palette, material selections and overall design direction for the space. We took his recipes and ideas and created directional menus for his desired meal periods. We designed his logo and provided him with mock ups of packaging, business cards, and other collateral. We adapted his service model to align with his financial goals and performed a feasibility study to assess the viability of his concept. For real estate advisory, we provided market data and developed a pricing strategy. We connected him with a broker and assisted him in reviewing potential locations.
As this concept was designed to expand, we worked with him to set the foundation for the growth of the business. We provided him with a comprehensive financial model to assess his short and long term operational goals.
