Frevo is an expression of the vast global experiences of Chef Franco Sampogna and Operations Director Bernardo Carolo. Channeling the masters of Paris’s top chefs, Frevo will serve contemporary French cuisine. Having trained with both Guy Savoy and Alain Ducasse, Chef Franco’s skill will be a welcome addition to the NYC market. As fine dining is evolving and shifting towards a more relaxed approach, the delicate balance of restrained elegance will secure Frevo’s place amongst the top restaurants in NYC.
Frevo came to us seeking early stage business planning and concept refinement. Franco and Bernardo were the team behind Jema, Long Island’s most critically acclaimed restaurant. With background in fine dining and five-star service, they decided to develop their own brand reflecting their high service standards and aspirational goals.
We created their business plan, refining their ideas and adapting their concept to the NYC market. This plan was designed to pitch prospective investors and was tailored to their goals. We design their logo, selected a color palette, chose materials and developed a clear design direction. We advised on their service style and worked with Chef Franco to design a style and directional menu that was representative of their concept.
