Matt Bernero is currently the Chef de Cuisine at Keith McNally’s legendary, one Michelin star, Minetta Tavern. Prior to joining Minetta, Chef Matt was the Executive Chef of one of Brooklyn’s first sustainable, farm to table restaurants, Rose Water in Park Slope. He was also formerly the Chef de Cuisine of Battersby and cut his teeth early on in his career working for Chef Daniel Boulud’s Dinex group at both restaurant DANIEL and Boulud Sud.
