Chef John Fraser is a Michelin-starred Chef who owns and operates a portfolio of successful, vegetable-focused restaurants throughout Manhattan. His debut fine-dining restaurant, Dovetail, on the Upper West Side was followed by his first hotel restaurant project, Narcissa in The Standard East Village Hotel, which includes the recently added, Narc Bar. He also owns and operates Nix, the only vegetarian restaurant in NYC with a Michelin star, and recently opened his latest project, The Loyal in the West Village. John recently closed a deal with notable hotelier Ian Schrager for the upcoming EDITION Hotel in Times Square.
